Lag When Loading Scenes

Since I upgraded to the latest version of SBS/SBA, any new lighting scene I create lags for about 2 seconds before firing after I load the scene. This also applies when I take an old scene and save over it. It happens regardless of whether or not I’m using the FX generator. Anyone else experience this?
