Hello.
I program lights for songs and I recently upgraded from DMXiS to Show Buddy Active in Ableton Live. I was able to move all of my work from DMXiS plug-in to Show Buddy Active plug-in but then I run into a problem. I make a set of songs for each show, but when I open a second instance of plug-in it doesn't work and I can't even easily copy automation from one plug-in to another. Is there any way to have two instances open at the same time, so I can copy my work without an issue?
Best regards
Arek

Re: Multiple instances in Ableton Live
The Show Buddy Active plugin is designed to be instantiated once in a project (usually the Master FX rack).
Incidentally, DMXIS was also designed to be used as a single instance. I'm quite surprised you didn't run into problems using multiples.
