No Named Fixtures or Functions (SOLVED)

Hi i hope someone can shed some light on this problem. I have been using Showbuddy and Dmxis since 2017, The version i use is 1.5.6 it will not upgrade as the laptop is from 2012 and its purely for shows it runs perfect so i have no need to buy another laptop. On Friday night 1/09/23 i continued with a Disco after my live set. I have hundreds of presets but when i came to make an adjustment to a moving head light with 14 channels i had no access to the fixture, none of my sliders had any identification on them.

I need it restored but i'm now worried i'll lose 6 years of work even if it is backed up.

I hope someone can help

Do your banks & presets still appear on the "Preset Manager" page?

Look in the folder C:/Program Files (x86)/ENTTEC/DMXIS/DmxLibrary. Do you see the manufacturer folders containing fixture files?

No it appears that folder is now empty.

All my banks and presets still appear in the Dmxis panel though.

Ive done it... you pointed me in the right direction. I backed it up a few weeks ago and must have moved instead of copied... Thank you... you are a STAR. xx
