Wht is the full name of the media file you are trying to import, and the full name of the folder it resides in?
This is most likely to be caused by an special character in either the folder name or the file name.

Sorry it was error 2001 I believe.
The files are the same I’ve been using then all of a sudden they show up red in the list.
When I tried to import them the program would crash.
