Show Buddy & DMXIS Forums

I'm having the most difficult time opening my show that I had all the loaded presets for onto DMXIS on another computer. I copied EVERYTHING including presets and all XML files and still I'm not able to open my file on the secondary computer. What am I doing wrong? Please help. Thank you!
