Unable to Access Private Fixtures or Change Fixture Name

Post by ThePersonaMusic »

I'm having an issue downloading private fixtures through D-Pro. I can't find any of my private fixtures in the menu, although I'm not sure if I'm logging in incorrectly, since there does not seem to be an error message for faulty logins.

For a work-around, I made some of my fixtures public, but I can't make them all public, since some of them share names with public fixtures, and there is apparently no way to change the name of the fixture?

Guidance on either issue would be helpful, thanks!

What release of D-Pro are you running, and what version of Windows or macOS do you use?

I suggest installing the latest D-Pro 1.9.4 release, available from Enttec's website.

Let me know if the problem persists.

Confirmed that I still cannot access my private fixtures under Build 1.9.4. For the sake of clarity, they should be under the manufacturer in alphabetical order by name, right? E.g.: "Fog Fury Jett by thepersonamusic" should be with all the other Fog Fury Jetts underneath American DJ?

Yes, I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

Also, I can't see how you change a name of a fixture profile.
Am I missing something?
