Showbuddy crashing

Hi everyone, I’ve been using showbuddy for ages now, very successfully.
Recently I updated my laptop to windows 11 and also used the macro change to enable me to move a fixture to another position within Dmxis.
Would this be the reason for the crashing and is there a solution, any help would be really appreciated

When I upgrade will there be a cost and also will showbuddy carry on working as normal or do I have to do anything.

No upgrade cost, everything will work as before.

But PLEASE remember to make a full backup of all your Show Buddy and DMXIS data before upgrading.
