Channel with different purposes in different modes

Hi,
I've got some Chauvet DJ SlimPAR 64 RGBA lights and one of the channels does different things (at different channel ranges) when in a mode selected by a different channel. How can I program this light in the fixture editor? I haven't seen a fixture in the system that organizes this properly.
