Database/timeout error when trying to log in...

For the past week, I´ve been getting an error message when trying to log in and I can´t access the fixture library at all.

Anyone else experiencing this? Is the error at my end or at ENTTEC´s?

/Adam

I've just checked the fixture editor, and it's working normally. Our cloud hosting provider also reports no known problems.

Our servers are based in the UK. Perhaps there is some general connectivity issue between our server and your location?

Same happens over here. I´m located in Austria.
I just tried and can confirm Dave Browns experience.

The fixture editor does not currently support secure https connections, this might be the issue.

Don't try to access it via https://fixtures.dmxis.com, always use http://fixtures.dmxis.com

Thanks for confirming that.

I have changed the server to redirect https requests to the correct page. Hopefully that will sort the problem for everyone :)
