Show Buddy 1.5.3 changing presets randomly

I was building a new song and I got to the end and went back to watch what I had come up with. I played the song back and most of my presets I had drug into the song had been changed to random presets. I have no idea how or why this happened, but it was hours of work down the drain. I'm on a MacBook Air with 2GHz i7, 8GB of ram, macOS Sierra and using Show Buddy 1.5.3. Anyone have any idea on how to not have this happen again?
