Wouldn't it be great if DMXIS supported latching foot switches. At least it would for me, because that's the only switch i've got.
In addition to the 'Normally open' and 'Normally closed' settings you could have 'Latching switch', which triggers the event for both on->off and off->on state changes.
I understand that the click and hold feature is not feasible with this setting, but it could be greyed out.
What do you think? Why to limit DMXIS use to only momentary switches?

There's honestly never been any demand for this. You can pick up a basic keyboard sustain pedal from eBay for very little money.
