Is it possible to use the 3 Pin output on the DMXIS box to run the lightshow and the 5 Pin output to run Capture Polar (via USB Pro MX-2) at the same time?
I would like to compare reality vs virtual to iron thru some alignment problems with the moving heads.

No, the label on the DMXIS box itself states clearly that only one DMX port can be used at a time.
The simplest solution is to use a DMX splitter box.
