Help Troubleshooting - Presets missing post Mac to Win Transfer

Hi, here's what I'm using and the problem.

Mac Mini: Apple M1, OS Sonoma 14.1.1; Show Buddy Setlist: v1.9.4
Windows Laptop: Win 11 Home; Show Buddy Setlist: v1.9.4

After backing up on the Mac, and transferring to Win, everything is in place except for the Lighting Shows.
I open a song in the editor and SBS says "Problems were detected in the lightshow..." then the list, for ex. "Lighting Bank "Generics" does not exist".

I then manually copied these Lighting Banks (the items in the DMXIS/Shows folder) from the Mac to its counterpart on Win. But they still do not show up. All my lighting cues are showing as red. All songs.

Not sure what else to try. Everything looks like it's in the right place. Any suggestions?

Are the DMXIS banks and presets present, and do they load OK in the DMXIS standalone app?

Edit one of your songs in Show Buddy Setlist, and look at the "Use lighting show" drop-down menu at the top. Is it loading the correct DMXIS show?

The Banks and Presets are not present either in SBS or in standalone.

I have tried to manually duplicate the file path in Windows. But to no avail.

There are screenshots attached that show SBS on each machine and its corresponding directory path.

On Windows, you need to copy the DMXIS show data to C:/Users/Public/Public Documents/ENTTEC/DMXIS/Shows

Just a tip, I have Manual 1.8 which is the latest I believe, and in it it lists a different directory location:

Windows: C:\ProgramData\Show Buddy Setlist\Media Files

But you guys are probably updating that as we speak. Thanks again.

That’s the location of your Show Buddy Setlist audio files, not the DMXIS banks & presets.
