Showbuddy advance and setlist are both being really jerky and slow to respond on my new Macbook pro M1. Are there some settings I need to mess with to get them running smooth? Is there something I'm missing.
I've tried reinstalling the most recent releases of both and they aren't loving the new hardware at all.

In SBA Preferences > General, try reducing the "Effect Engine" and "Visualiser" resolutions & refresh rates. In SBS Preferences > Audio/MIDI Devices, try a larger audio buffer size. Finally, keep the SBA window closed at showtime - just run everything from the SBS window.
Do you have very large numbers of cues in your SBS songs?

Hi! I have the same issue. Running show buddy active on my M1 Pro MacBook, the response is very slow. When I click or move a fader, it takes between 2 and 10 seconds te respond. Changing the audio buffer size to 2048 did help a lot! But it is still quit laggy. If there's and other fix it would be great! thanks for the software!

I'm working on a native Apple Silicon build of both products, which should improve performance.

Show Buddy Active 2.1.7 (currently in beta) resolves this performance issue.
