DMXIS hardware ID changed, unlock code invalid

Hi,

I've just tried installing DMXIS & Show Buddy on my mac mini, the unlock code is invalid & shows a different Hardware ID, it's working fine on my PCV.

Any suggestions aapreciated.

I believe the unlock code is specific to each specific computer, so you have to run the installer/code generation on the computer your running DMXIS on.

Your existing unlock code will work on any Windows machine. You need a new code to run on a Mac. Just request a fresh unlock code at www.enttec.com/dmxis_unlock

I recommend you write your two unlock codes (Windows & Mac) onto the DMXIS box, so that you can always unlock the software on a new computer without needing Internet access.
