What is the Smallest apple device to run a logic file with wav format and midi to run the dmxis interface?

Physically, the Mac mini would be the smallest model of Mac that you could run DMXIS on.

Would it also run logic pro x?

all macs will run logic pro as long as they are new enough to run the current version of the OS. Just like all computers, the specific model configuration (CPU model/speed, memory config, etc) will determine how complex a logic pro project you can work on before it bogs down.
