I just got my DMXis box and went to the website and downloaded and installed the software. I then plugged my box into laptop using the USB provided. I saw a pop up of my computer checking out the USB connection and then I open the app and nothing happens. Screen says Offline - connect your DMXIS box!
But it is...
I checked My computer and the box is shown in the list...
Please advise.

When the box is connected to USB, what is the state of the four LEDs (two on either side) ? Are any LEDs flickering dimly?
Can you connect to your box reliably using the Enttec PRO Manager utility?

Contacted site.
They suggested I reinstall. Did that to no avail.
I then used device manager and right click on DMXis box to find and install drivers. From there all is good.
