[WISH 2.0.11] Sizeable Macro Output Console [Implemented SBA 2.1.4]

I'd like to change the windows size of the Macro Console Output. We can currently maximize the window, but we can't make it a variable size. Would also like to change the font size (Ctrl-Scroll to make bigger or smaller).
