Hi
I have not used Showbuddy for a week or two, and then today I get an error: Show Buddy Active.exe program error. The program could not start properly (0xc000007b). Click ok to close the program.
Maybe it's a win10 update today. It's the same error on DMXIS, same error both link and directly in
program folder.
If anyone knows this error please write
Regards
Ole

Re: Win10 says programerror
Do a Google search for "0xc000007b" and you will see this is a common Windows issue.
Try rebooting the computer, then reinstall Show Buddy Active. If the problem is a missing library file, this will hopefully fix it.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm a little embarrassed not to have googel it. Now it's fixed. https://youtu.be/zBpeoCzNcx0
If I had chosen to reinstall, would all program registrations ex TouchOSC, banks and presets have been deleted? or is there a backup in the program folder?

A reinstall won't modify or delete any of your data.Warburger wrote: ↑Tue Jan 18, 2022 10:37 pm Thanks for the quick response. I'm a little embarrassed not to have googel it. Now it's fixed. https://youtu.be/zBpeoCzNcx0

Re: Win10 says programerror
Hi
I have spent the day restoring the computer a week back, uninstalling and checking directx 12, running all possible pccheck, clean start. SBA has been uninstalled and reinstalled in both the official and beta version etc. BUT nothing has helped me, nothing changed, SBA / SBS / DMXIS does not start.
Is it just my PC? I'm running all other programs. CUBASE, SHOWPLAY! I have sniffed me out that it might be something with 32bit programs. SBA worked out less than 14 days ago and I am of course standing and have to test an assful of lamps.
Hoping for help.
Regards Ole
