Sound Oscillator not working with ShowBuddy

When I use ShowBuddy Active stand-alone I can get the sound oscillator to work fine (I'm bringing audio in via an X-Live card from a Behringer X-32). However, when I use ShowBuddy to run a show that was made with ShowBuddy Active, the sound oscillator does not respond at all.

I've checked the Preferences in ShowBuddy and I can see the audio hitting the software with plenty of signal.

Dave, do you have any suggestions?

Has anyone else ran into this problem and figured out how to fix it?

I feel your frustration with support of this software. I'm wondering the same, does SBA rely on the actual audio sound coming from the speakers to drive the sound activation or is it designed so that it can sample the audio coming in directly from the audio driver.

I'm ready to give up on this software, hasn't been updated in years, and Dave responds when he feels like it.....very frustrating for a paid for product
