Sound Oscillator not working with ShowBuddy

When I use ShowBuddy Active stand-alone I can get the sound oscillator to work fine (I'm bringing audio in via an X-Live card from a Behringer X-32). However, when I use ShowBuddy to run a show that was made with ShowBuddy Active, the sound oscillator does not respond at all.

I've checked the Preferences in ShowBuddy and I can see the audio hitting the software with plenty of signal.

Dave, do you have any suggestions?

Has anyone else ran into this problem and figured out how to fix it?
