Show Buddy Active crashing

Hi

The program is crashing randomly.

It happens regardless of which mode Im using; Controls, Effects or Perform

Im currently running a show with 3x stairville 240/8 led bar

laptop specs:
MBP 13, ultimo 11
2,4 Ghz intel core i5
8 gb ram 1333 MH
SSD HD

any thoughts???

Might be an issue with a fixture definition. Contact me at support@db-audioware.com and we'll take it from there. Please include the crash report if you have one.

This is happening to me as well. How do I pull a crash report to send to your support team?

This is what Dave wrote to me:
From looking at the crash report, it appears the older Intel HD 3000 GPU on your Mac is the source of the problem. There are quite a number of reports of issues with that particular GPU (on both PC and Mac) causing crashes with various OpenGL programs.

Unfortunately, it's unlikely that a solution exists for this problem, since it appears to be buried in the low level OS X graphics driver.
