Value is 100 not 255

Post by timmytimftw »

I tried looking through older post but cant seem to find the answer. I made a generic fixture for a RGB+W strip light I'm using but after I import it the value tops out at 100 on the slide scale. Anyone know where I went wrong or a 4 channel fixture I can download?

DMXIS faders display values as a percentage (0-100%) but the corresponding DMX values transmitted are 0-255.

You can see both the percentage and absolute DMX value being transmitted in the display at the top of the screen as you drag the slider.

I just want a 4ch 0-255 program for a fixture. All my colors are set off of 255 values. I prefer to type the number in rather than slide

How about for DPRO?

I can't seem to get any traction on that and it is really annoying not being able to see the exact DMX number vs %!
