Equinox Fusion Spot Duo

Post by whereschris »

Hi all.

Long shot but does anyone have or can the produce easily a fixture for the Equinox Fusion Spot Duo? As a complete novice I've tried myself and after about an hour and a half it didn't seem to work.... Even simple things like the names didn't work well.

Thanks for any advice.

Chris, I tried out your fixture definition, and it appears to work correctly.
Can you give me a real example of something that does not work as expected?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your reply. The first thing that I found difficult was that when I opened it in DMXIS none of the faders were correctly labelled. I downloaded an ADJ fixture created by someone else. That is really well marked up on each fader where as mine is just not clear to me. i'm that new to this that even that causes me confusion! Is it the short name I need to edit?

Yep, you need to complete the 'Short Name' column in the Channels table.

(Short names are required for DMXIS due to the limited space under each fader. The full Name column is used in D-Pro, where space is not an issue)
