How to Even Select Fixtures

Hello,

I've been able to program and use my DMXIS for plenty of shows, but I have never been able to select fixtures.
Every video says all I have to do is right click on a channel and select my fixture, but I'm using a Macbook Pro 2013 running OS X Maverick.
So I've tried just about every short cut key, and still cant choose a fixture.

Am I just missing something?

Do you mean you don't see the menu, which lets you pick a fixture or do MDI Learn?

If so, there are settings in your Mac OS System Preferences about what constitutes a right click. I think they may be under something like the trackpad heading, possibly.
