ENTTEC DM1-1 alternative?

Hi All,
I am new to dmx/lighting. However I think I have what should be a pretty simple personal project. I would like to use midi in daw to turn on and off a few differently colored par lights. Right now it appears that the DM1 is out of stock.
1) Anyone know when more are expected?
2) Is their another hardware option for a Midi-DMX converter that works with DMXIS?
3) If no alternatives are compatible, does anyone have a different strategy for accomplishing what I would like to do?
