Kinda hard to tell from that low-res screenshot, unfortunately.

You can use ArtNetMon - available for free from www.dmxis.com/download - to verify that DMXIS is actually transmitting Art-Net data. Thereafter, you would need to ask ENTTEC support for assistance as to why the ODE is not receiving that data.

Yes that is the problem. DMXIS is not transmitting Art-Net data.
ODE is ok. Receiving the data from many other third party software i have tried.
Does DMXIS need DMXIS box to unlock Art-Net transmittion?

A DMXIS box must be connected before Art-Net data will be transmitted by the software.
