MIDI assigning of individual presets?

Hi folks, brand new to the DMXIS universe and coming over from a giant old Eurolite Scenesetter.

Is it possible for me to assign individual Presets to MIDI Note? If not, is it possible that this is on the list for a future software update?

yes and no.

Individual presets within a bank respond to incremental MIDI notes.

Meaning for example if you start at C3 and chromatically go up the scale, preset 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc in order will fire.

But I don't believe you can assign random MIDI notes to random presets.

Dig, but I can't get it working. I read somewhere that DMXIS receives the note/preset info on channels 15/16. Is this still true?

Also, preset 1=C3?

Nevermind, I've got it!

I'm sending info with a Behringer UMA25 and the keyboard notes need to be sent to CC, not NNT! And on Channel 16 (for Presets).

Wow, this box just suddenly got REALLY useful!

You can also use Midi Bank Select and Program Change to select individual Banks and Presets in DMXIS. These work in omni mode (any channel).
