Using DMXIS 1.6.3 on PC with Ableton 9 and/or 10.
After programming Presets with various fader values, playback occurs as expected.
However, when Stopping the playback Transport, certain faders are reset to a 0 value and this 0 value somehow gets written to the Preset, overwriting the correct values. Upon playback, with faders reset to 0, pans are incorrect, colors are incorrect, etc. I need to re-enter the correct values and re-save the Preset. However, any transport stop will reset the values all over again.
This does not happen across all faders nor is it specific to a particular fixture. This problem seems to be specific to the software (db-audioware) running the DMXIS hardware.
Any variables to confirm or suggestions on how to fix?
