We are a puppet company... and rear project Powerpoint images for our sets. Does anyone know of a way to use Showbuddy to change Powerpoint slides.
All I need is a way to create a left mouse click or a spacebar click at specific points in our shows. I can't find a single product that will take a dmx signal and convert it to a single keystroke click.
Any help here would be much appreciated. If it helps, I have a spare dmx power box that can turn on and off via dmx signals. If you know of something that would send a left click or space move every time it gets power, I could make that work.

There are a few utilities out there that can convert MIDI notes to keyboard events. I've not personally tried it, but MIDIShortcut is one such utility.
You could then create a simple MIDI chunk (containing one note) in Show Buddy, and drop that onto your timeline wherever you need a PP page change. The aforementioned utility would convert this to a key event for Powerpoint.
