SBS bug - count in beats out by 1

I've Finally for some downtime and getting into selling up show buddy setlist for 2020 shows.

I've been making notes/memos in SBS and having them count in, usually 8 beats.
I've noticed whatever I set in the create screen as the count value, is one lower than the edit screen
Ie, I'll select 8 beats, but it's set at 9 on edit.

Not a big deal, just thought I'd mention.

I'm away from my PC right now so might have called the notes/memo wrong. I can provide screenshots if you like Dave,

Small follow up, this seems to be the windows only.
I've Been using my MacBook this week and I don't have this issue.
