Split Signal To PA Weak

Hey All
Trying to get a strong signal to the PA/Front of house...I have the tracks split click L intros right...click to drummer and intros to FOH, but the FOH signal is quite weak. Drummer is using a Mac with a headphone jack out to a Behringer XENYX 802 Mixer. Going in with 2 -1/4" jacks from Mac to channel 1 and 2 panned left and right, and going out to the headphones on "control room out" left and to the PA on "Main Out" right. were getting signal but its quite weak at the pa.
Anyone have any advice on the configuration or a suggestion on their own method?
