D-Pro in Theatre's

Post by RyanMcRobb »

Hi All,

Does anyone use D-Pro in a theatre setting?

Would you mind talking about how it works for you in this environment?

Thankyou

Hey Ryan,

We got through our weekend using D-Pro for our theatrical rock opera (www.manonthehill.org) and it went really well.

I have a dozen posts about things I would love to see improved in the UI of the software, but as far as being reliable D-Pro worked and my lighting guy had no complaints about latency or anything like that.

Thanks for the response!
Should check my posts more than once every 18 months ;)

I like the software too - I have been able to mould show control into a system that my completely no techy work colleagues can use well.

Haven't used it in a proper theatre setting yet, just lots of live music and a few basic little plays.
