2U download in offline computer

Hello,
Sorry if this has been asked before.
I wish to purchase the 2U software for a small venue as I do not need the 8U version. But the computer that would be used to operate the software doesnt have access to internet.
My question is after I purchase the 2U, could I download it on a separate computer (like an .exe file) and then transfer it onto the computer I wish to use?

You can certainly run D-Pro without Internet access. I believe it will need Internet in order to validate/install the product key however. Dave can say for sure. But if you can connect the computer to Internet for the installation, you should be fine.
