Do your banks & presets still appear on the "Preset Manager" page?

Look in the folder C:/Program Files (x86)/ENTTEC/DMXIS/DmxLibrary. Do you see the manufacturer folders containing fixture files?

What version of SBA are you running? Have you tried the latest 2.1.8 beta?

Show Buddy Active doesn't have automatic tempo detection. Do you mean the 'Sound Tracker' on the Controls page, which is driven by the audio input?

Wht is the full name of the media file you are trying to import, and the full name of the folder it resides in?

This is most likely to be caused by an special character in either the folder name or the file name.

The DMXIS Audio Units are installed automatically, when you run the DMXIS 1.7.4 installer.

There's no upgrade path from DMXIS to Show Buddy Active. But you can enter the code SBA50 at the checkout page for a $50 discount against any Show Buddy Active purchase.

The Show Buddy Active window (with visualiser) is more complex than DMXIS, and the UI refresh rate is lower by design.
