Channel with different purposes in different modes
Hi, I've got some Chauvet DJ SlimPAR 64 RGBA lights and one of the channels does different things (at different channel ranges) when in a mode selected by a different channel. How can I program this light in the fixture editor? I haven't seen a fixture in the system that organizes this properly. Her...

Default D-Pro player to open on second monitor?
Hello, I've got a Windows 10 laptop (default monitor is not touch enabled) and I have second "monitor" set up with a touch interface to run the DPro Player, but the player always opens first on my main monitor. Is there a way to configure the application to open on that second display by d...

Re: Multiple fixtures on the same DMX Channel
As it turns out, there isn't a way to do what I want in the 2D visualization inside of the Physical tab of the Device Browser.
The issue I saw by adding two devices to the same DMX channel shouldn't be allowed and that's why it blew up the Patch window visualizer.

Re: Random pulses in ETC dimmers
I was able to get help from David Henry at https://www.learnstagelighting.com/ and he talked me through my issue. Turns out that when a single cue or cuelist is added multiple times to a radio group, D-Pro (like most consoles) get's a little confused. With his help I was able to overcome my issue by...

Re: Fade in/out parameters for Cuelists in Show Control don't work
For those keeping score at home and having the same confusion: Despite the in-tool documentation indicating that the Show Control faders apply to Cues and Cuelists alike (pictured), they do not, in fact, apply to Cuelists since Cuelists have their own embedded timing. https://i.imgur.com/Xwgazez.png

Fade in/out parameters for Cuelists in Show Control don't work
Hello, I've configured a few cuelists in a radio group in my Show Control window. The Cuelists each have only a single cue and whether they're configured for instantaneous or faded transitions, the fading controls in the Show Control buttons don't seem to have any effect. Is this a known limitation ...

Re: Random pulses in ETC dimmers
I'll note that I'm noticing this in the DMX Output window and the Device Browser Physical tab. I've not yet tried this with our devices live. (Still programming our lighting.) Just retried this with some devices I've been testing with. Definitely seeing the momentary pulse in the lights with two Ch...

Re: Random pulses in ETC dimmers
I would like to set up each song as a cuelist, have each cue within that cuelist advance using the spacebar, then have cuelists assigned to radio groups within the Show Control so I can easily fade between songs. The problem is that I get a nasty flash when trying to crossfade between two cuelists....

Multiple fixtures on the same DMX Channel
Hello, I have some dimmer packs with multiple lights plugged into the same channel (i.e. 2 PAR spots plugged into the 2 outlets on the same dimmer channel.) I was wondering if there's a way to represent this in the Device Browser Physical layout. If this is possible please provide instructions. On a...
