As it turns out, there isn't a way to do what I want in the 2D visualization inside of the Physical tab of the Device Browser.

The issue I saw by adding two devices to the same DMX channel shouldn't be allowed and that's why it blew up the Patch window visualizer.

For those keeping score at home and having the same confusion: Despite the in-tool documentation indicating that the Show Control faders apply to Cues and Cuelists alike (pictured), they do not, in fact, apply to Cuelists since Cuelists have their own embedded timing. https://i.imgur.com/Xwgazez.png

I would like to set up each song as a cuelist, have each cue within that cuelist advance using the spacebar, then have cuelists assigned to radio groups within the Show Control so I can easily fade between songs.
