Re: DMXIS Version inside Show Buddy Setlist?
Show Buddy for Windows loads its own local copy of the DMXIS VST plugin. By default (assuming you have Show Buddy 1.6.2 or better) this will be DMXIS 1.6.3. You can force Show Buddy to use the new DMXIS 1.7.2 release as follows: Download the DMXIS 1.7.2 32-bit release . Run the DMXIS installer, rem...

Re: Automatic "paste" over masked channels?
I sort of did this by creating Masked scenes of all my fixture groups and individual fixtures, and then created masks for all of their various colors and positions I use for them. I also use the moving head positioning macro in the Macro forum for all my scenes too. But it took me a lot of time to ...

Re: Do you need Show Buddy?
It's not necessary, but does also depend on what you're looking to do. Show Buddy Setlist is Entec's software to sync lighting cues to a backing track, or click track. Re: One Shot Presets for accents
Sounds like you want to try to use a Momentary Preset. How you create them is in the manual. But long story short, they need to be in a Bank where the last preset is named "Off".
Best of luck!

Re: DMXis Macro - manage moving head targets for show
Brilliant, rad3d! I am a new user of DMXIS and Showbuddy, for just a few days now, and this obviously solves a big issue of being on different stages all the time. Very nice. Works well. Thank you!
