I have the effect button in the on position when I made the mask presents.
Still shuts off the effect

Effect shuts off
If I'm running a preset with an effect say a star. When I hit a preset that is a channel mask the effect stops. What Am I doing wrong

Show buddy doesnt recognize show buddy active
Hi dave i just noticed a problem when i go to show buddy to start building a show. It opens with dmxis platinum not show buddy active. I removed dmxis platinum now it wont open anything.

I uninstalled the drivers and the geforce
Reinstalled it all and it seems to be working I will keep you updated

I updated it with nvidia updating software.

Thank you Neil. I have that also. Didnt know if there was a direct out through platinum. Im going to use the video window and put it full screen on the second monitor option in Windows to my video screen. Than you for getting back to me

I have spent the whole day playing with this program I love it. How are you out putting the video signal for the projector I love the fact I can upload. Hi Kenny, Had some time to play today and I also get an error message now. I have recently moved to Windows 10. What OS are you on? Hi there, The only thing I noticed is you are moving the fixture range on top of itself. My knowledge of Python is limited but it could be this causing the problem. I would suggest trying a 2 stage move. First copythe range to channels that are empty. Then run the macro again to move them to your d...
